Wizkid, Asake, Tyla, and Gunna to Headline AfroNation Portugal 2026

AfroNation has officially confirmed its star-studded lineup for the 2026 edition in Portugal, with Afrobeats giants Wizkid and Asake joining South Africa’s Tyla as the main headliners. American rapper Gunna will also take the stage as a special guest, marking one of the festival’s most diverse lineups yet.

The three-day celebration of Afrobeats, Amapiano, and global Black music will run from July 3 to July 5, 2026, at Portimão in Algarve, Portugal. Organisers describe this year’s edition as “bigger than ever,” blending African rhythms with global music trends.

Other confirmed performers include Olamide, Young Jonn, Darkoo, Awilo Longomba and Bien, who will share the spotlight across multiple stages. Alongside the main stage, AfroNation is introducing a brand-new Afrotronic stage, dedicated to the electronic evolution of African sounds, featuring Afro House, Afrotech and Amapiano sets.

The announcement cements AfroNation’s reputation as the world’s leading festival for Afrobeats and diaspora music culture, continuing its mission to unite fans worldwide under one rhythm.
