Ondo Town, Ondo State – Following several days of persistent rainfall, many parts of Ondo Town have experienced severe flooding, leaving residents and business owners counting significant losses. The continuous downpour has submerged roads, restricted movement, and disrupted commercial activities across the town.

Traders, transport operators, artisans, and other small business owners have been among the hardest hit, as many have been unable to carry out their daily economic activities. In several locations, floodwater has entered homes and shops, damaging goods and exposing residents to health and safety risks.
