Uzodinma Declares APC as Nigeria’s Only Political Party, Hails Tinubu’s Reform Agenda

The Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) Governors’ Forum and Governor of Imo State, Hope Uzodinma, has declared that the APC remains the only true political party in Nigeria.

Speaking on Friday at a meeting of APC stakeholders in Birnin Kebbi, the Kebbi State capital, Uzodinma said Nigeria is firmly on the path to renewed prosperity under the leadership and reform agenda of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

According to him, the positive outcomes of the President’s economic reforms are already visible across the country.

“With President Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda, Nigeria is gradually becoming rich and prosperous again,” he stated.

Uzodinma explained that the ongoing reforms were designed to reconstruct, rehabilitate and rebuild a new Nigeria that works for every citizen.

The governor praised the President’s decision to remove fuel subsidy, describing it as a courageous policy that has significantly boosted revenue for the federal, state and local governments.

He also commended the administration’s youth empowerment initiatives, especially the plan to support 1,000 young Nigerians from each of the nation’s 8,809 electoral wards, noting that the program represents a long-term solution to unemployment and poverty reduction.

Uzodinma further applauded the unity among key political figures in Kebbi State, including Senators Adamu Aliero and Atiku Bagudu, whose presence at the meeting, he said, reflects political maturity and collective progress within the APC.
