A Muslim lady has gained attention online after openly appreciating the power of Christian praise and worship songs, describing how deeply they inspire her whenever she listens.

In a video, she explained that gospel music carries a unique emotional depth and uplifting message that resonates with her spirit, even as someone who practices Islam.

“I just need to say this: Christians, you guys hit with praise and worship. I say this all the time, I talk about it in all my story because what do you mean you tell God, ‘You have promised me o, you said you will never fail, you’re faithful till the end, my promise keeper’. Even me that cannot help your life, if you sing that to me, I’ll make you a promise and I’ll fulfill it,” she said.

She added that during Ramadan, when she avoids secular music, she sometimes turns to gospel songs for encouragement, naming Dunsin Oyekan’s Judah as one of her favorites.

Her remarks, which many interpreted as an appreciation of music’s ability to inspire across faiths, have been received warmly by viewers who praised her honesty and open-mindedness.
