First stop, God’s house whether you’re physically in church or attending from the comfort of your room with a wrap on your head and tea in hand, there’s a calming grace in starting the day with God. It’s that quiet reminder that despite the week’s hustle, we are still guided and grounded. Today is perfect for some spiritual check-in. Reconnect. Reflect. Recharge. You’ve survived the week; now let your soul catch up.

Let’s talk about subtle rest, the kind that doesn’t always mean sleeping all day but choosing peace on purpose. Be it catching up on with old friends you’ve been postponing, just sipping cold zobo with your feet up, stretching your legs on the balcony, doing a little skincare or watching YouTube vlogs while sorting your laundry. Even clearing your gallery and finally deleting screenshots counts. Prioritize peace, your body deserves it.
