Atiku’s Suit to Disqualify Tinubu Adjourned

The Federal High Court in Abuja has adjourned the suit filed by former Vice President Atiku Abubakar seeking President Bola Tinubu’s disqualification from the 2027 presidential race until September 28. Atiku (filing under the African Democratic Congress – ADC) alleges that the NYSC discharge certificate submitted by Tinubu to the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) carries a different name configuration and is unauthentic
